Because each client's case is unique, we don't have a one size fits all approach to handling your case. And, for that reason, we don't have a one price fits all approach either. Your surveillance or private investigation needs and objectives may be very different from another client's. Our private detectives work closely with our clients and tailor our detective services to your individual needs. Because of this, you can be certain our private investigators understand your situation, goals, and objectives - this ensures we come up with a plan fit for your case.

CONSULTATION
If you would like to discuss your case in person with a Phoenix Investigations' detective, a consultation fee of $50 for a 30 minute consultation is required in advance. If you retain the services of Phoenix Investigations, the fee will be applied to your case.

- Prior to investigations or surveillance being conducted, Phoenix Investigations must be paid in advance.
- Prior to information obtained from the investigation or surveillance being given to the client, all fees and expenses, including mileage, must be paid in full. No exceptions.
- Only cash, credit cards (American Express, Discover Card, Master Card and Visa), certified checks or money orders are accepted. If a personal check is accepted, service will only be provided once the check has cleared.
- If investigators have been scheduled, payment of minimum hours per investigator scheduled will not be refunded unless client provides written notice of cancellation at least 48 hours prior to scheduled service. Any expenses incurred prior to notice of cancellation being received will not be refunded.
Although we are located in the metro-Phoenix area (Maricopa County), we provide services throughout the entire State of Arizona.
